On Top of Things

So I've just got to ask: Is there one guy at We Energies whose only job is updating the sign showing how much time has passed since the last accident?

Because whoever he is, man, he's fast.

I saw that too and thought it very interesting. My mind always starts with a story on stuff like this. Who in the world, in the midst of all the chaos, thought to change the sign? Or was it changed from something earlier?
