I paid $70 for your goddamned service for four some months back, and last night plate number three broke as I gently set it down in the sink.

So that makes three broken plates, four coffee cups, two desert plates and one bowl that couldn't handle regular usage so far.

I sure hope you aren't building houses in areas with gentle breezes.
