It's one thing when a cop goes bad, but what happens when you're married to
him? One rogue cop abuses his wife, threatens to kill her father and
tasers his own child. Everything seems hopeless, and there's nowhere for
her to run. But her sister won't just stand by and watch. Taking
matters into her own hands, she rises to power to take command of the situation,
and the man, she and her family previously feared.
Somehow I think if Sarah Palin had a "D" after her name instead of an "R," her supposed ethical shenanigan would more than likely be a Lifetime movie of the week.

You will note, of course, that the trooper still has his job. It is the much-loved and well-respected Commissioner of Public Safety who was pressured and then canned when he wouldn't break the law for Palin.
