Whenever I hear this it reminds me of Rerun trying to get on the back of the truck

If someone were to make an anti-Obama ad that had the theme song from The Jeffersons, or What's Happening? or Good Times playing in the background, people would be offended, and rightly so. But it's also worth noting that African-Americans don't necessarily hold a monopoly over taking offense when a person's ethnicity is implied to be a negative, even if merely insuated through music.

Oh, and Republicans apparently don't hold a monopoly over being guilty of doing this, either.
